Tracking what we eat, how it makes us feel, and how our body responds to the foods we consume is key to creating a treatment plan that is effective and sustainable.

 

When exploring root causes, lab results can present valuable details that can be helpful with the success of nutritional therapy. Examples of labs: CBC, Metabolic, Hormone, Lipid, Thyroid, CRP, A1c

Suggest key supplements to consider when addressing nutrient deficiencies or illness that may not be easily achieved through food alone. 

Provide a whole food diet meal plan to address any nutrient deficiencies, weight loss challenges, blood sugar imbalances, and overall relationship with food. 

Identify and eliminate toxins that exist within the home and foods consumed. Also provide naturals methods of detox to repair and restore the body.
